Beth began her career in Human Resources at Marathon Oil Company and brings more than 25 years of business leadership experience across the full People and Culture function. She is recognized for aligning talent, behaviours, and organisational practices with strategic objectives to drive business performance and growth.
Her career includes leadership roles at world-class organizations across diverse industries, including oil and gas, petrochemicals, industrial manufacturing, and medical devices.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University, a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University–Shreveport and is SHRM-SCP certified.
